Credentialing Specialist/Administrative Assistant
A local Medical Billing and Practice Management Company with a long tradition of providing quality service is now accepting applications for a Credentialing Specialist/Administrative Assistant. The individual will be responsible for credentialing providers with third party payers as well as providing Administrative Support to the Practice Management Team. Qualified candidates must have the ability to manage, coordinating and maintain the credentialing and re-credentialing process for providers. Position requires commitment to excellence, outstanding communication skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Data Management as well as have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Executive Assistant
Full-time. Monday through Friday, but hours will vary on occasion. This position supports The President/CEO, Medical Staff, and Board of Directors as needed. An Associate’s Degree in health care administration or related field, and Medical Staff Credentialing experience preferred; a minimum of 4 years Executive Assistant experience required. Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, and people oriented. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to function under multiple demands. Strong familiarity with office based computer and web based applications is essential.
